Dried penetrated sesame seeds enter roasting unit which consists of 3 horizontal U form cylinders. The mixing and the forward movement of the seeds takes place on the steam or hot oil heated surface to reach the last cylinder of the unit.
- Double jacketed steam or hot oil (ıt is chosed by customer request) heated roating units. - Mixing arms made from stainless steel and PTFE (food grade materials) and especially designed for the forward movement and the mixing the sesame.
- Complete thermal insulation of cylinder body covered with stainless steel sheet. Main chassis is steel construction.
- Speed control for roasting time via electronic inverter.
