After that send them to grinder machine for make tahina. After grinder, take the tahina to tahina tanks and all this operation, with no worker it is full automatically.
Also, the sesame seeds are used for confectionary or production of value added products like Tahinia, Halwa, Turkish delight, etc.
Process And Equipments
STONE REMOVER Separation of stonne in sesame is carried out by sieving method
HULLING THE SHELL Sesame skins are peeled by new technology sesame peeler and skin separatin machine by automaticly and controlled by PLC system without more water and no salting method.
WASHING The peeled grains are washed by sesame washing machine in order to increase humudity for better roasting results.
DRYING The washed granules are dried to remove the water
ROASTING After drying process sesame seeds are roasted with sesame roasting machine.
COOLING PROCESS Before making sesame tahini, the temperature of sesame seeds is lowered.
CLEANING Separation of foreign matters in sesame is carried out by sieving method.
GRINDING The sesame grains are cooled and crushed. Crushing is done in modern mills.
